Proposed Amendment of Class E Airspace; Winnemucca, NV

This notice proposes to amend the Class E airspace area at Winnemucca, NV. The development of a Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Runway (RWY) 14/32 has made this proposal necessary. The intended effect of this proposal is to provide adequate controlled airspace for Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at Winnemucca Municipal Airport, Winnemucca, NV.
