HUD Announces Settlement in Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards Case

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has reached a settlement in a lawsuit filed by Thinking Vents, Inc. against Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Henry Cisneros, following a court order issued on September 7, 1995.
