FHWA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Proposed Highway Project in Maui, Hawaii

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a public notice to inform the public that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared for a proposed highway project connecting the Kihei and Upcountry areas of Maui, Hawaii, in an effort to improve transportation infrastructure in the region.
