Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to Clarify Flight Crew Approval and Aircraft Damage Liability

The Director of Defense Procurement is proposing to amend the DFARS to clarify who approves flight crew members, increase the contractor's financial responsibility for loss or damage to the aircraft from $1,000 to $25,000, and make other minor changes.
