DFARS to Clarify Multiyear Contracting and Update Regulations

The Director of Defense Procurement is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to clarify guidance on multiyear contracting, implement sections of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994, and align with recent revisions to the FAR pertaining to determinations and findings and personal services contracts.
