Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Anchorage Regulations on Mississippi River

The US Coast Guard is proposing to expand seven existing anchorages and establish four new ones on the Mississippi River below Baton Rouge, LA, due to reduced space caused by Army Corps of Engineers' revetment work along the riverbanks.
