Coast Guard Seeks Feedback on 1995 Amendments to International Convention on Standards of Training for Seafarers

The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting input on the implementation of the 1995 amendments to the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978, to inform the evaluation of alternative regulatory approaches and improve training for merchant mariners.
