Notice of Realty Action: Non-Competitive Sale of Public Lands

The U.S. government has determined that public land in Las Vegas, Nevada, is being sold at a fair market value using a non-competitive process, as authorized by the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA), sections 203 and 209.
