EPA Delays Organic Air Emission Standards for Hazardous Waste Facilities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has postponed the effective date of the final rule on hazardous waste treatment and disposal facilities, as well as organic air emission standards for tanks, surface impoundments, and containers, until June 6, 1996.
