Implementation of International Maritime and Aviation Regulations

The US RSPA published a final rule on December 29, 1994, to align Hazardous Materials Regulations with international standards, including the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code and International Civil Aviation Organization's Technical Instructions. A subsequent final rule on May 18, 1995, corrected errors and denied a petition for reconsideration regarding testing provisions for plastic aerosol containers.
