Incidental Take Permit Application for Pineda Crossing/Windover Farms Residential Projects in Brevard County, Florida

EKS Properties, Incorporated and Pineda Crossing Corporation are seeking an incidental take permit from the Fish and Wildlife Service to take two families of endangered red-cockaded woodpeckers during the construction of two adjacent residential projects, Windover Farms and Pineda Crossing, in Brevard County, Florida. The permit would allow for the incidental taking of the woodpeckers in areas where the projects are being developed.
