Office of Personnel Management Abolishes Philadelphia NAF Wage Area

The Office of Personnel Management is issuing interim regulations to abolish the Philadelphia, PA, nonappropriated fund (NAF) Federal Wage System (FWS) wage area and reassign five counties with FWS employment to nearby NAF wage areas, effective immediately, without reducing any employee's wage rate.
