EPA Proposes De Minimis Settlement for Hansen Container Site in Colorado

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a de minimis settlement for the Hansen Container site in Grand Junction, Colorado, requiring 149 companies to pay $1,328,745.54 to address their liability for environmental response actions at the site.
