EPA Proposes Full Approval of Puerto Rico's Operating Permits Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed full approval of the operating permits program submitted by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to comply with federal regulations for issuing permits to major stationary sources and other eligible facilities.
