HHS Proposes Changes to Opiate Testing Cutoff Levels for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs

The Department of Health and Human Services is proposing to revise the Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs to reduce laboratory opiate positives, shift the focus to heroin use, and minimize unnecessary costs while maintaining the original deterrent objectives.
