Proposed Revision of Class E Airspace; Rice Lake, WI

This action withdraws the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) which proposed to revise Class E airspace to accommodate a Nondirectional Radio Beacon (NDB) for runway 19 approach at Rice Lake Municipal Airport, Rice Lake, WI. The NPRM is being withdrawn as a result of wrong geographical coordinates and airport name change.
