DoJ and DoD Announce Computer Matching Program for Debt Collection

The Department of Justice (DoJ) and the Department of Defense (DoD) are launching a computer matching program to collect debts from delinquent debtors, including current and former federal employees, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Debt Collection Act of 1982.
