FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on a proposal to rule on an application to impose a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, with the goal of generating revenue for airport improvements, as mandated by the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990.
