Postal Service Issues Final Rule on Board of Contract Appeals Rules of Practice

The Postal Service has published a final rule revising certain rules of practice of the Postal Service Board of Contract Appeals, implementing provisions of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994 and increasing the maximum amount for disputes to qualify for expedited procedures.
