EPA Proposes Full Approval of Operating Permits Program in Jefferson County, Kentucky

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to grant full approval to the Operating Permits Program submitted by the Jefferson County, Kentucky Air Pollution Control District, which would allow the district to issue operating permits to major stationary sources and other eligible facilities in the county, in compliance with federal regulations.
