Final Environmental Impact Statement for Yellowstone Pipeline Easement Renewal Now Available for Public Review

The U.S. government has made available a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for a proposed easement renewal on tribal and allotted lands in Montana, which would allow an existing petroleum products pipeline to continue operating from Billings, Montana, to Spokane and Moses Lake, Washington.
