FHWA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Proposed Beltway Project in Lincoln, NE

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a public notice to inform citizens that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared for a proposed highway beltway project located on the south and east outskirts of Lincoln, Nebraska.
