NAFTA Panel Review Request Filed for Seamless Steel Tubes

Gulf States Tube Division has submitted a request for panel review of the antidumping determination on Seamless Commercial Steel Tubes from the US, following the publication of the final decision in the Diario Oficial de la Federacion on October 11, 1995.
