EPA Proposes Administrative Settlements for Quanta Resources Syracuse Superfund Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed administrative settlements for the Quanta Resources Syracuse Superfund Site in Syracuse, New York, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980. The proposed settlements will be considered by the EPA during a public comment period, and may be withdrawn if comments reveal that the settlements are inappropriate or inadequate.
