US Department of Commerce Initiates Administrative Reviews of Canadian New Steel Rail Imports, Plans to Revoke Part of Orders

The US Department of Commerce has initiated administrative reviews of Canadian imports of new steel rail, with plans to revoke part of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders, following a request from Cleveland Track Materials, Inc. and a letter from Bethlehem Steel Corp.
