U.S. Patent Application for Immunogenic Agents Against Gram-Negative Bacterial Infections Now Available for Licensing

The U.S. Patent Office has made available U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 07/601,090, which describes a method for producing human antibodies to combat Gram-negative bacterial infections, for non-exclusive, exclusive, or partially exclusive licensing. The patent was previously assigned to the U.S. Government and was withdrawn from consideration for an exclusive license to Univax Biologics, Inc.
