Revisions to the Sentencing Guidelines for the United States Courts

The United States Sentencing Commission has made several changes to its guidelines, including a proposed amendment to policy statement Sec. 1B1.10, which could result in a lower guideline range for certain crimes, and the inclusion of an earlier amendment that was previously rejected by Congress.
