EPA Seeks Public Comment on Texas Department of Agriculture's Request for Emergency Exemption for Propazine Use on Sorghum

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public comment on a request from the Texas Department of Agriculture to use the pesticide propazine to control pigweed on up to 1,823,000 acres of sorghum, as part of a proposed new use not yet registered with the Agency.
