HUD Reprints RFP for Innovative Homeless Initiatives Demonstration Program with Corrected Term

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has reprinted its November 27, 1995, Request for Proposals (RFP) notice for the Innovative Demonstration Program, correcting the term 'assignment' to 'assumption' as it pertains to the assumption of grant responsibilities under the program.
