FHWA Proposes to Eliminate Outdated Regulations for Public Lands Highways Discretionary Funds Program

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is proposing to eliminate its regulations governing the administration of the Public Lands Highways (PLH) discretionary funds program, which has become outdated due to amendments made by the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 (ISTEA).
