Energy Conservation Program for Consumer Products: Decision and Order Granting a Waiver From the Furnace Test Procedure to York International

The Department of Energy has granted a waiver to York International, allowing the company to bypass a furnace test procedure for its condensing furnaces, in response to a petition regarding a blower time delay calculation for Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) ratings.
