Energy Conservation Program for Consumer Products: Decision and Order Granting a Waiver From the Furnace Test Procedure to York International

The Department of Energy has granted York International a waiver from its existing test procedure for furnaces, allowing the company to calculate Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) for its products differently, specifically for its D1NA, DAYA, D1NH, and DAYH lines of induced draft outdoor package units, in response to York's petition regarding a blower time delay issue.
