EPA Approves California Air Pollution Control District's Operating Permits Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the Mariposa Air Pollution Control District's (Mariposa) operating permits program, which will allow the district to issue permits to major stationary sources and other sources, in compliance with federal regulations.
