EPA Proposes Interim Approval of San Diego Air Pollution Control District's Title V Operating Permits Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed interim approval of the San Diego Air Pollution Control District's Title V operating permits program, which aims to comply with federal requirements for issuing operating permits to major stationary sources and certain other sources, in order to meet federal standards for air pollution control.
