Appalachian Regional Commission Repeals Employee Regulations for Federal Staff

The Appalachian Regional Commission has issued a final rule repealing its employee standards of conduct and cross-referencing the Executive Branch's Standards of Ethical Conduct and related regulations, effective immediately.
