Federal Acquisition Regulation; Contracting by Negotiation (FAR Part 15 Rewrite) Initiative Launched

The Director of Defense Procurement, in collaboration with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Council, is launching an initiative to rewrite FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, with the goal of simplifying the process and eliminating unnecessary burdens on contractors and contracting officers.
