Environmental Permitting for Texas Residential and Commercial Development

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application for an incidental take permit for a 164-acre residential and commercial development in Wimberely, Texas, and has prepared an Environmental Assessment/Habitat Conservation Plan to assess the potential impact on the endangered golden-cheeked warbler.
