National Consultation on Drug Control

The Office of National Drug Control Policy, Executive Office of the President, in carrying out its responsibilities under the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35, 5 CFR 1320 {53 FR 16618, May 10, 1988}), is submitting a request to conduct a National Consultation on Drug Control, entitled ``Consult With America.'' The ONDCP consultation survey instrument will be used to assess public opinion regarding perceptions of the use and impact of illicit drugs; the effectiveness of prevention, intervention and treatment programs; and level of public support for specific drug control actions. A telephone survey of a random sample of adults 18 years of age and older will be conducted.
