ARCO Western Energy Seeks Incidental Take Permit for California Oil Operations

ARCO Western Energy has submitted an application to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for an incidental take permit to allow for the incidental take of endangered and threatened species during oil exploration activities in Kern County, California.
