Consolidated Rail Corporation Exempted from Prior Approval for Control and Operation of Clearfield and Mahoning Railway Company

The Federal Railroad Administration has granted Consolidated Rail Corporation an exemption from prior approval requirements, allowing the company to control and operate the Clearfield and Mahoning Railway Company, subject to standard labor protective conditions.
