Transfer of Great Lakes Pilotage Authority from Coast Guard to Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation

The US Coast Guard is transferring its responsibility for administering the Great Lakes Pilotage Act to the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation, following public comments and Congressional interest.
