Secretary of Transportation Delegates Authority to Maritime Administrator

The Secretary of Transportation has delegated authority to the Maritime Administrator to carry out provisions of the National Maritime Heritage Act of 1994, allowing the Secretary to transfer U.S. rights and interests in vessels and equipment for specified purposes and conditions.
