ONDCP Announces Policies and Procedures for HIDTA Program Funding

The Office of National Drug Control Policy is directing the transfer of funds to state and local drug control entities participating in the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area program, as mandated by Public Law 102-393, to support the HIDTA initiative.
