DOE Makes Decisions on Tritium Supply and Recycling Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement

The US Department of Energy (DOE) has issued a Record of Decision on its proposal for Tritium Supply and Recycling Facilities, selecting a dual track approach to tritium production and choosing the Savannah River Site as the location for an accelerator, with plans to upgrade and consolidate existing facilities to support both options.
