Petrolite Corp. Seeks Tolerance Exemption for Pesticide Ingredient

Petrolite Corp. has submitted a request to the US government to exempt its pesticide ingredient, -alkyl(C 21-C 71)- -hydroxypoly (oxyethylene), from the requirement of a tolerance when used at levels not to exceed 10% as a wetting agent or granule coating in pesticide formulations, under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
