EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Stage II Vapor Recovery Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which establishes testing and certification requirements for Stage II vapor recovery equipment in the state, effectively ending sanctions that started on June 13, 1994.
