EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Stage II Vapor Recovery Plan, Lifts Sanctions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Pennsylvania's submittal of its Stage II Vapor Recovery requirements, lifting sanctions that began on July 13, 1994, and deferring the application of offset and highway sanctions.
