MTMC Adopts New Policy for Foreign Military Sales Shipments

The Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC) is implementing a policy change to include Foreign Military Sales (FMS) materiel in its Guaranteed Traffic (GT) and related freight movement programs, effective January 15, 1996, for new movements and solicitations, and March 15, 1996, for existing agreements and programs.
