Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee; Request for Applications

The Coast Guard is seeking applicants for appointment to membership on the Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee (MERPAC). The Committee is a 19-member Federal Advisory committee that advises the Coast Guard on matters related to the training, qualification, licensing, certification, and fitness of seamen serving in the U.S. merchant marine.
