Summer Institute on the U.S. Political System: Focus on Federalism Seeks Proposals from Non-Profit Organizations

The U.S. Information Agency's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is seeking proposals from non-profit organizations to develop a six-week graduate-level program for foreign university educators on the U.S. political system, with a focus on federalism, to improve teaching of political science and American government at their home institutions.
